    Dianna Poulos, M.A., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Developmental Disabilities for over 15 years . Dianna began providing in-home ABA Therapy services for children and families while completing her undergraduate education at Lake Forest College. After completeing her degree Clinical Psychology; Dianna attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and earned a M.A. in Clincial Psychology- specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis.

    Since Dianna was introduced to the world of Autism Spectrum Disorders she has dedicated herself to providing effective and comprehensive in-home ABA therapy services for these amazing children. Dianna has training in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), Precision Teaching (PT), and Floortime. Dianna is also a dedicated advocate for all of the families and children that she works with. She has received training from Wrights Law on Effective IEP's and how to use the laws set in place to benefit and protect your child's education (IDEA, FAPE, LRE and NCLB).

    Jessica Latshaw, M.A., BCBA

    Jessica Latshaw has been working with Impacting Autism, LLC since 2011. Jessica completed her undergraduate coursework at Illinois State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in human services and education and completed supervised fieldwork within special education classrooms. Jessica obtained her master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and graduated with a Master’s of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013. Jessica has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Jessica is dedicated to the progress of every learner that she works with and enjoys helping parents build positive relationships with school teams so that each child can receive a free and appropriate education.
